Sunderland Illuminations

Saturday, September 24, 2016 to Saturday, November 5, 2016

Bigger and brighter than ever before, Sunderland Illuminations will take place in Roker Park and along the seafront from 24 September until 5 November.

This year's event will see all of Roker Park being used for a whole host of new and exciting features, including pirates, dinosaurs and fairies, as well as old favourites including the Sunderland Tap and a Sea of Stars on the lake,.

A small entrance fee for Roker Park has also been introduced for the first time this year, with a cost of £1 for everyone (children aged 2 and under are free).

Please note, there will be no car parking available in the streets surrounding the event.
