British Science Festival: Have Fun With Flight

Half Term Fun at Sunderland Museum & Winter Gardens

Saturday 16 March, 11am, 1pm and 2.30pm

 

Find out about Leonardo da Vinci’s inventions and the science of flight in this fun family session with Neil Harrison from Big Bang Science Parties. Learn about air resistance and forces through amazing flying demonstrations and experiments and by making your own flying machines.

Sessions are suitable for children aged 5 yrs+ and all children must be accompanied by an adult.

£4 per child.

Families are also welcome to visit the exhibition during their visit for £2.50 per adult. Under 16’s go free.

Tickets to see Leonardo da Vinci: A Life in Drawing can be purchased via www. sunderlandmuseum.org.uk or at the Visitor Services desk in the Museum.
