Downy Duckling Days

Downy Duckling Days
Saturday, May 25, 2019 to Sunday, June 2, 2019

Cuteness alert!!!

Join WWT Washington this May half-term to see tiny ducklings and goslings while hearing about the incredible work WWT does to save some of the world’s most endangered waterbirds. Don’t miss the chance to get up close to the fluffy youngsters as they're held safely in their keepers' hands (daily drop-in talks of 10-15 mins each between 1-2pm) or visit the outdoor nursery, where the team will talk to you about the birds as they take their first wobbly steps (daily between noon-2pm). Plus daily pond dipping sessions (drop-in between 10.30-11.30am) and spring crafts in the Discovery Centre (2-3.30pm). Included in admission (small costs for crafts).
