Portrait of a mine

Draw portraits of miners and images of life underground using charcoal and pastels and add them to our frieze.

[Coalmine] Saturday 21 September

11am – 3pm

Going Underground

Find out what miners would have needed to take underground with them and explore some plant fossils.  Then draw one using fabric paints to add to our mining banner.

Please note access to the upper floor is by stairs only.
